Qigong is the art and science of using breathing techniques and seated/moving meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate energy. These techniques help balance the mind/body by increasing the ability to focus and relax. 8-Sections, is a traditional Shaolin Qi-gong form that consists of 8 simple movements that gathers and circulates energy throughout the body for health, meditation, and relaxation. This workshop is for those interested in internal health and for an increase in personal awareness. Healers can practice qigong to enhance their private practice by increasing their own vital energy and prolong their career by reducing susceptibility to "healer burnout.”
